WA Document Processor is a proof-of-concept document processing service operated by COMMAXION SDN BHD under the KH AI Digital Lab name.

The service allows users to submit documents such as receipts through WhatsApp for automated processing, analysis and organization.

Information we may process

• WhatsApp phone number
• WhatsApp message identifiers and message content
• Receipt or document images submitted through WhatsApp
• Information extracted from submitted documents, including merchant name, transaction date, amount, currency and document category
• Technical information reasonably required to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service

How information is used

• Receiving documents through WhatsApp
• Analysing and categorising submitted documents
• Generating suggested filenames and extracted information
• Detecting duplicate submissions
• Organizing and archiving documents
• Returning processing results
• Maintaining service security and reliability

Service providers

The service may use third-party infrastructure and providers required to deliver these functions, including WhatsApp/Meta, cloud hosting, artificial-intelligence processing services and cloud file-storage services.

We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, test and evaluate the service, or where required for legal, security or operational purposes.
